MAV Renovations is a father-and-son business based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Our family has worked in the trades since 1962; the name on the van is the name of the people doing the work.
Our story
Two generations, one standard.
Dad learned the trade the old way — properly, and slowly. Chris grew up on site and brought the planning, the photos and the paperwork. Together we run every job from first visit to final walk-through, and we still do the work ourselves.
We work across Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside and the wider North East for homeowners, landlords and letting agents who want one reliable team rather than a chain of subcontractors.
