MAV Renovations (“we”) is a family-run renovation business in Newcastle upon Tyne. This page explains what we do with the details you give us.

What we collect

When you request a quote we store your name, phone number, email, postcode and what you told us about the job, plus the date and page you sent it from. We use this only to reply, arrange a visit and send your quote.

Who sees it

Only us. Enquiries are stored on a private database and emailed to mavrenovationsuk@gmail.com. We do not sell or share your details.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept for 24 months so we can honour a quote or answer follow-up questions, then deleted. Ask at any time and we’ll delete them sooner.

Business contact

If we’ve contacted your business about working together, we found your public business details on your own website or listing. Reply “no thanks” and we won’t contact you again.
